Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days within Pakistan, depending on your location and courier service. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Free delivery may be offered on promotional events or orders above a certain amount.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.

5. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear pictures. We’ll arrange replacement or refund after verification.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food items, returns are only accepted if the item was delivered damaged or incorrect. The product must remain sealed and unused. Refunds (if approved) will be issued within 5–7 working days after inspection.

7. Change or Cancel Order

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, no changes can be made.
