Premium Beef/Mutton Qorma

Ingredients

  • Beef or mutton 1 kg (bone-in)
  • Oil or ghee ¾ cup
  • Onions 3 medium (≈350 g), thin sliced — fry to golden & crush
  • Yogurt 1 cup (whisked)
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Premium Qorma Masala 100 g (Spice Aroma Blend)
  • Kewra 1 tsp (optional)
  • Fried onions ¼ cup (for finish)

Method

  1. Pot me oil/ghee garam karo; Premium Qorma Masala ke whole spice aroma activate karne ke liye 30 sec perfume hone do.
  2. Ginger garlic paste + meat daal kar high heat pe 5–6 min tak bhuno.
  3. Yogurt add karo; medium flame par 10–12 min tak bhuno jab tak roghan (oil) alag na ho jaye.
  4. 2 cups garam pani add karke cover karo aur cook karo jab tak meat tender ho (beef 45–60 min, mutton 30–45 min).
  5. Crushed fried onions add karo; 8–10 min aur bhuno jab tak danedar gravy ready ho jaye.
  6. Kewra drops aur garam masala sprinkle karo; 5 min rest, phir serve.

Pro Tips

  • Onions alag fry karke crush karne se Qorma ki gravy perfect danedar banti hai.
  • Yogurt hamesha whisked use karo — split hone se bachta hai.
  • Strong aroma chahiye to Premium Qorma Masala thoda roast kar lo before bhunai.
  • Serve with sheermal, naan, or taftaan.
